The MK140 is a compact five-axle mobile tower crane opens a whole new dimension of performance in this crane class with a maximum lift capacity of 8 tons. Performance which previously was only possible from higher axle classes. The real highlight of this product is its variable raised cab height giving the operator improved visibility of the load, the site and the special ‘luffing mode’. The special ‘luffing mode’ enables a luffed jib position of up to 70 degrees.
The MK140 self erecting tower crane features one man operation, a small footprint, requiring very little space for assembly and operation, which means that it can be quickly be prepared for use once it reaches site. The MK140 has a transport dimension of just 16.0m with a 60m jib carried on board.
The outrigger system supporting the crane and jib is a 4-point support system with automatic variable levelling.

The MK140 requires very little space for assembly and operation. Minimum outrigger mode 5.95m.
Long lifting radius and hook height enable multiple lifts from different site locations without re-rigging the crane.
Fast lifting cycle means customer is able to perform a high number of lifts per day.
Variable raised cab height gives the operator improved visibility of the load and the site, enabling positioning of operator at hook height.
Only one person is required to transport, assemble and operate the crane.
The new VarioJib® concept means that the MK140 has two operating modes. The time-tested trolley mode provides high handling capacity with the trolley. In luffing mode, the MK140 moves the load by infinitely adjusting the jib which enables it to achieve a radius of 65.0 metres and a hook height of 94.4 metres.
The vertical tower allows the MK140 to be used right next to the building.
Capable of manoeuvring into the narrowest of building site gaps.
